Refund policy

 

All sales are final. Each fixture is handmade to order and we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery, including items for future use. If your shipment arrives with damage or missing parts, please report it within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing us at studio@eq-eq.com with photos and descriptions. Retain all original packaging and contents, and contact the shipping courier to file a claim in addition to notifying us. 

Equal Equal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping courier directly.
